no one will turn on a candle and put it under the table or under the bushel, but must put it on a lampstand, so that who enter house may see light. your eyes is the lamp of your body, if your eyes are good, your whole body full of light, but if your eyes is bad/evil, then your whole body full of darkness. therefore guard the light in you for not become darkness. if your whole body is light and no part of the dark, it will be entirely light/clear. is like the lamp enlighten you with light."
