when Jesus go to Judea and beyond the Jordan, and there were a lot of people came together to him, and as usual he was teaching them. then came the Pharisees, to test Jesus, they asked him: "may a man to divorce his wife?" but jesus said to them: "What the command Moses to you?" they answered: "Moses gave permission to divorce by making the divorce paper." then Jesus saying to them, "because the hardness of your heart Moses wrote you this commandment, because at the beginning of the world, God made male and female, because that the man will leave his father and mother and be united with his wife, and the two become one flesh. so they are no longer two but one. because of that what God make united, man can not be divorced. "
when they are at home, the disciples of Jesus asked him about that. then he told them: "Whoever divorces his wife and marries another woman, she was living in adultery against his wife. and if the wife divorces her husband and marry another man, she commit adultery."
