Jesus explain about the parable of the faithful servant and the bad servant

who is the faithful and wise servant, who was appointed by his master upon his people to give them food on time? blessed are the servant, who found his master to do his duty, when his master came. I tell you truly master it will lift him to be supervisory all his property. but if the servant is wicked and says to my lord did not come, then he start hitting the other servants. and eat and drink together till drunk, then the lord of that servant will come when he did not expected, and would kill him and make him shared the same destiny with hypocrites. that's where there will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
